The entire workshop with modern synchronous equipment, 03 IQF conveyors with a capacity of 2,000 kg / hour, 02 contact freezers with a capacity of 2,200 kg / batch, 3 re-freezing capacity of 2,500kg / hour, cold storage of finished products containing 600 tons.
Product block: product after freezing contact meets requirements, remove from freezer and pan, carton packaging according to customer demand and then quickly transfer to cold storage to store at: ≤ - 200C ± 2.
IQF product: product after freezing by the IQF air transport puff freezer or freezer meet requirements, weighing and glazing products according to customer demand, and then placed in a PE / PA bag and packed in carton, in the next quick transfer to the cold room for storage at: ≤ - 200C ± 2. The factory's cold storage is managed and monitored by software and self-recorded thermometer to monitor the cold storage temperature.
The design capacity of the plant is 60 tons of raw material / day. Currently there is a team of skilled workers over 300 people.
