Drying to reduce moisture: Drying to reduce moisture is a compulsory stage in the processing of Macadamia nuts. In order to increase expiry date of product, the moisture should reach from 2 to 4%.
Evenly of nut: Unlike the domestic commercial market, exporting Macadamia nuts requires that the color, size, and quality of the nuts are uniform, not moldy, and contain no harmful substances to consumers' health.
