Description
- Position the filter set on top of the glass.
- Pour a small amount of hot water to evenly wet the filter.
- Stir the coffee powder thoroughly with a spoon before measuring the desired amount into the filter.
- Place 25g (approximately 3 tablespoons) of coffee powder into the filter.
- Gently tap the filter to level the coffee surface.
- Set the filter body containing coffee on top of the filter lid.
- Position the spout of the filter on the surface of the coffee powder and gently adjust it.
- Begin brewing by pouring 1 part of the brewing water (5ml) into the bottom.
- Follow by pouring the remaining water (25ml) onto the surface.
- Brew for 1 minute.
- Use the filter cap to gently scrape the bottom of the filter body to remove any coffee residue.
- Place the filter with the brewed coffee on top of the cup.
- Pour hot water over the spout.
- Cover and let steep for 6 to 8 minutes.
- This should yield about 50ml of finished coffee solution.
- Enjoy: Add milk and sugar to taste, if desired.
