2. Instructions for mixing
Step 1: Rinse the pot, cups, and tea making utensils

Use boiling water to rinse tea utensils, especially teapots and cups. The purpose is to sterilize tea tools and warm them.

Step 2: Rinse the tea

The amount of tea usually used is about 8g, put into a teapot, pour boiling water with a temperature of 75 - 80 degrees Celsius into the pot just to cover the tea. Immediately pour out all the tea (tea) in the pot and use that water to rinse the tea cup. The goal is to make the cup of tea warmer and more fragrant.

The water in the tea cup will be poured onto the lid of the teapot to make it more fragrant. Helps tea drinkers feel the delicate, cool scent of flowers, stimulated and drawn into the cup of tea.

Step 3: Suppress evil

The water used to make tea should be at a temperature of 75 - 80 degrees Celsius. Do not use water that is too hot because it will burn the tea leaves and make the tea astringent. Furthermore, the jasmine scent is easily lost when exposed to high temperatures, so the temperature of the tea water (tea) is very important.

Pour 200 ml of water into the teapot and steep for about 20 - 25 seconds. Don't steep it for too long as it will make the tea very astringent, making the next time you steep the tea it will be lighter. This amount of time is enough for jasmine tea to have the distinct mild astringency and deep sweet aftertaste of Thai Nguyen tea.

Step 4: Pour tea

First, we will shake the teapot well and then pour all the tea (tea) from the pot into the tea pot. On top of the teapot, we will put a tea filter so that when we pour the tea into the teapot, we will filter out the small particles of tea that fall from the pot, making the tea water clearer.

Then, pour the tea from the tea pot into small tea cups to serve to guests. The last cup of tea will be used by the person making the tea.

3. Storage instructions
