Description
- Prepare the filter assembly by placing it on top of the glass.
- Pour a small amount of hot water over the filter to wet it evenly.
- Stir the coffee grounds thoroughly with a spoon before measuring them into the filter.
- Add 25g (approximately 3 tablespoons) of coffee grounds into the filter.
- Gently tap the filter to level the coffee surface.
- Position the filter containing coffee onto the filter lid.
- Align the spout of the filter with the surface of the coffee grounds and adjust it carefully.
- Start brewing by pouring 1 part of the brewing water (5ml) into the bottom.
- Continue by pouring the remaining water (25ml) onto the surface.
- Brew for 1 minute.
- After brewing, gently scrape the bottom of the filter with the filter cap to remove any coffee residue.
- Place the filter with the brewed coffee on top of the cup.
- Pour hot water over the spout.
- Cover and let steep for 6 to 8 minutes.
- This should yield about 50ml of finished coffee solution.
- Enjoy: Add milk and sugar to taste if desired.
