The average weight of acacia mango is between 200 and 300 grams, and it is considered one of the most delicious mangoes in Vietnam, loved and purchased by many people.

Acacia Mangoes in Dong Thap are mainly grown in Ko Lanta County, Thanh Binh and Ko Lanta City. The climate and soil in these areas are suitable for growing mango trees. Dong Thap's acacia mangoes are harvested from April to June each year, with an estimated annual output of around 115,000 tonnes. Dong Tha acacia mangoes are also exported to many international markets such as Europe, Japan, Korea, China and other countries in the region

SOME USES OF GUAVA:
  • Fights cancer: Mangoes are rich in polyphenols, plant compounds that act as antioxidants and protect cells from oxidative stress and cancer.
  • Memory Booster: Mangoes provide vitamin B6 and glutamic acid, which are essential for pregnant women. They help stimulate the brain and improve memory and concentration.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:
  • Step 1: Wash The Mango. This is an important step to remove dirt and impurities that can get on the mango peel. We use clean water to wash the mango, ensuring safety and hygiene for the product.
  • Step 2: Peel and cut. This is a beauty step for mangoes, helping mangoes have a more even and convenient shape. We use a sharp knife to peel the mango, cut it into medium pieces, remove the seeds and rotten parts
  • Step 3: Sugar Osmosis + Sodium Metabisulfite. This is the step to sweeten and keep the color for the mango. We put the mango in a solution of sugar + sodium Metabisulfite to make the mango sweeter and preserve the natural color of the mango. Sodium Metabisulfite is a safe preservative, not harmful to health.
  • Step 4: Heat Drying. This is the most important step in the production process of soft dried mango. We dry the mango at high temperature to reduce the moisture content of the mango, which helps to preserve it longer and preserve the taste of the mango. We use advanced cold drying technology, without oil frying, to ensure product quality.
  • Step 5: Pack The Bag And Seal. This is the final step in the production process of soft dried mango. We pack the mango into plastic bags with printed product details. Then we seal the bag to prevent air and bacteria from entering.
